Home Sleep Apnea Test

Obstructive sleep apnea remains significantly underdiagnosed, leading to serious health consequences and reduced quality of life. If you suspect you may have sleep apnea symptoms, you can obtain a formal diagnosis using our FDA- and Health Canada-approved home sleep testing equipment with fast, accurate results and convenient at-home screening.

The WatchPAT ONE, a disposable and fully equipped home sleep study device, eliminates the inconvenience of visiting a sleep lab for obstructive sleep apnea diagnosis.

Getting Diagnosed is Simple:

1. Consultation with Sleep Medicine Professionals – Meet with our sleep physician to be assessed and ensure home sleep testing is the right diagnostic solution for you
2. At-Home Sleep Monitoring – Receive your home sleep testing device to use in the comfort of your own home for one night. Your sleep patterns and breathing data are precisely recorded and securely transmitted via a HIPAA-compliant smartphone app with wireless connectivity
3. Expert Analysis & Treatment Plan – Your results are sent directly to our sleep physician for interpretation and review. You’ll receive a comprehensive sleep study report and a prescription for CPAP therapy solutions if obstructive sleep apnea is diagnosed

The WatchPAT ONE – Advanced Home Sleep Apnea Testing

Clinically Validated Sleep Monitoring Technology

1. Clinically validated sleep architecture offers precise insights into sleep stages, sleep efficiency, and latency to both sleep onset and REM sleep analysis
2. Reduces the risk of sleep apnea misdiagnosis by calculating the apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and respiratory disturbance index (RDI) based on actual sleep time
3. Monitors seven parameters: PAT (Peripheral Arterial Tone) signal, heart rate, oxygen saturation levels, actigraphy, body position, snoring detection, and chest motion using just three points of contact
4. Completely disposable, eliminating infection risk and the need for device cleaning or return – ensuring hygienic, safe sleep apnea testing

Designed for Individuals Who:

  • Experience possible obstructive sleep apnea symptoms including snoring, daytime fatigue, or breathing disruptions
  • Are concerned about sleeping outside of the home or using bulky sleep lab equipment
  • Are undergoing sleep apnea diagnosis but face long wait times for in-lab polysomnography sleep studies
  • Prefer convenient at-home sleep testing with accurate, physician-reviewed results

Traditional Sleep Study

A lengthy sleep apnea diagnosis process that may require several appointments and multiple polysomnography sleep studies over the span of months to reach a conclusive diagnosis. Comfort becomes a secondary concern as you sleep in unfamiliar sleep lab environments while wearing cumbersome equipment, potentially affecting natural sleep patterns and test accuracy.

Home Sleep Study

Your home sleep test is a one-time use diagnostic solution, allowing you to complete accurate sleep apnea screening in the comfort of your own home on a day that best suits your schedule. Experience convenient at-home sleep monitoring with clinically validated results without the hassle of sleep lab visits or long wait times.

What’s Included in Your Sleep Study Report?

  • Snoring Statistics – Detailed snoring detection and frequency analysis
  • Apnea-Hypopnea Index (AHI) – Measures sleep apnea severity and breathing disruptions
  • Pulse Rate Statistics – Heart rate monitoring throughout the night
  • Sleep Stages Charts – Comprehensive REM sleep analysis and sleep architecture breakdown
  • Sleep Summary – Overall sleep quality, efficiency, and duration metrics
  • Oxygen Saturation Statistics – Blood oxygen level monitoring to detect desaturation events
  • CPAP Therapy Prescription – A prescription for CPAP therapy solutions if diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea

**Important Notice for Ontario Residents**

If you’ve been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, you may be eligible for a $415 rebate toward an approved CPAP device through Ontario’s Assistive Devices Program (ADP). To qualify for this ADP funding, you must undergo an in-person Level 1 overnight polysomnography sleep study at an accredited sleep laboratory. While the WatchPAT ONE home sleep apnea test can provide a valid sleep apnea diagnosis and CPAP prescription, it does not meet the eligibility criteria for ADP funding in Ontario.
